Terms of Use

Young Tech Pioneers is a youth-focused initiative and marketplace platform. The site may provide information about our project, allow users to create accounts, allow interested users to submit information about participation by a youth business, and facilitate purchases from participating youth-run businesses.

When Young Tech Pioneers acts as the marketplace provider for taxable sales facilitated through the platform, Young Tech Pioneers will collect, report, and remit applicable tax as required by law.

For marketplace sellers subject to Texas marketplace provider rules, Young Tech Pioneers certifies in writing that it will be collecting, reporting, and paying the tax to the Texas Comptroller's Office for marketplace sales for which Young Tech Pioneers is legally responsible as the marketplace provider.

You may use the site only if you can lawfully enter into these terms and provide information you are authorized to submit.

If you submit information for or about a youth founder or youth-led business, you represent that you are authorized to provide that information.

You may not use the site if doing so would violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep that information reasonably up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us promptly at official@youngtechpioneers.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization or otherwise compromised.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used improperly.

The site may allow users to submit application or interest information for participation by a youth business.

You may use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

By creating an account, submitting a form, or otherwise providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you regarding your account, your submission, the initiative, and related updates.

You may opt out of non-essential update emails using the unsubscribe link included in those emails or by contacting us at official@youngtechpioneers.com. We may still send necessary service-related communications.

The site and its content, including text, graphics, branding, logos, design, layout, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Young Tech Pioneers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by us in writing or by applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from site content.

The site may include links to third-party websites or may rely on third-party service providers for hosting, infrastructure, authentication, communications, or related functionality.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or content. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee that the site, any feature, or any content will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Because the site and its marketplace features continue to evolve, information on the site may change over time.

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Young Tech Pioneers disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Young Tech Pioneers and its officers, directors, volunteers, affiliates, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Young Tech Pioneers for any claim arising out of or relating to the site or these terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Young Tech Pioneers and its officers, directors, volunteers, affiliates, contractors, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to the following.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or any account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for the site or others, or engaged in misuse of the site.

Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the updated terms on the site and update the "Last Updated" date above.

By continuing to use the site after revised terms become effective, you agree to the updated terms.
